OFA Radiographs
       Available at Sheridan Clinics only:

 Bring all OFA Forms filled out including the payment information section we will electronically submit radiographs to OFA

       OFA radiographs each view No sedation                $100.00

       If Sedation is needed there will be an additional charge. 

       If the Owner elects not to allow sedition and no radiographs, there will be a 30.00 fee.
